To accept the equipment, diagnose the fault and inform you about the costs, we need your contact details: name, surname, phone number and e-mail address. In the case of return shipping - also the delivery address.

2. Accounting and Tax Purposes (Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. c GDPR)

If a VAT invoice is issued, we additionally process the company name, registered office address and NIP number. We are legally obliged to store these documents for 5 years.

3. Contact and Own Marketing (Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR)

If you send us an inquiry via the form, we process your data to respond (our legitimate interest). We do not send spam or unwanted offers.
